Winemaker / Cellar Door Assistant 

Beginning his working life as a Chemical Engineer, Michael’s passion for wine led him to completing a Bachelor of Wine Science at Charles Sturt University, graduating with distinction in 2002. Now a multi awarded Winemaker Michael is highly respected in the Valley for both his own wines, & the multiple wines he makes under contract for growers & wine brands in the Valley.

Whilst Michael is mostly found in the winery, you will regularly meet him in the cellar door & at events.

Cellar Door Manager / Winemaking Assistant

Not dissimilar to Michael, Meredith spent her early career as a Food Technologist / Microbiologist in food manufacturing plants.

Meredith’s move to the valley saw her gain experience in local cellar door & tourism businesses, & now sees her managing the cellar door and sale of their wines.

On most occasions it’s Meredith that will host you in the cellar door, & at their annual events, sharing her love of Hunter Valley wines & stories of their journey as Winemakers in the Valley.
