Pssst 'n' Broke 2018 Shiraz

The fruit for this wine was picked in February 2018. After fermentation in stainless steel tank, with regular pump-overs, the wine underwent malolactic fermentation. It was then matured in oak for 18 months and the finished wine was bottled in August 2019.
Purposely crafted to be an easy drinking style this wine displays an attractive deep ruby red colour and exhibits redcurrant, plums, dried herbs and spices. The wine has a spicy and fleshy mid-palate with soft, velvety tannins.
The easy going nature of this wine makes it the perfect partner for barbeques, roasted meats or antipasto dishes.
