We are pleased to announce that starting this week, the Native food van will be located at our Cellar Door from Thursday to Sunday, 10.30 am to 2:30 pm.
As a featured stop on the Entwine Food Trail, Native brings a sophisticated, modern Australian culinary perspective to our stomping ground. Led by Lucas Perry—a chef with a profound connection to his Aboriginal heritage and the Newcastle food scene—the menu focuses on showcasing underrated native ingredients and traditional cooking techniques.
On the Menu
