How Does Delivery & Payment Work?

For Stomp Wine Club Members:

Once you join, your subsequent packs are due on the anniversary of your sign-up date. We’ll email you two weeks before your selections are due, advising you it’s time to choose your wines. You’re welcome to make as many changes as you like and add additional wines during this window.

For Mystery Dozen Subscribers:

We’ll send you an email two weeks before we process your next Mystery Dozen payment, with a quick reminder 2 days before your card will be charged. This gives you time to verify your shipping address and payment details, or reach out to us if you need to adjust timing.

Wine Club FAQ’s

When will I receive my first club pack?

If joining on our website, your card will be charged within 48hours of making your wine pack choices. We’ll then despatch your wines within the week.

When joining in the cellar door, you’ll take your first pack with you. If this doesn’t suit, we can delay to an agreed time.

How do I know when future wine selections are due?

Once you’ve received your first club pack your subsequent packs are due on the anniversary of your sign up date, ie, if you chose to take wines every third month, your next deliver would be in three months time. We’ll email you two weeks before your selections are due, advising you it’s time to choose your wines. You’re welcome to make as many changes as you like, and add additional wines to your delivery within this two weeks.  For our “Stomp! Wine Club” members all wines ordered attract a saving of 15%.

What is the fee to join the Wine Club?

Stomp! Wines Membership is complimentary. We simply ask you to commit to a minimum 18 bottles of wine across a 12 month period ( for “Stomp! Wine Club” Members & we’ll reward you with some great benefits and savings) & 2 mystery dozens (for “Mystery Dozen Subscription” Members) ! We can’t wait to welcome you.

Will shipping/freight fees apply to my order?

As a “Stomp! Wine Club” Member,  freight is complimentary on all orders of 12 or more bottles and $5 for 6-11 bottles. For “Mystery Dozen Subscriptions” subsidised freight is applicable (depedent on your state).

How do I cancel my membership?

Stomp Wines Club membership is for a minimum period of 12 months. We’d hate to see you go but if you need to cancel after your initial 12 months (and minimum 18/24 bottles), we understand. Please email Meredith on info@stompwines.com.au

Travelling or need to take a short break from deliveries? You can Skip a pack or put your membership on Hold at any time by contacting us.

I'll be on holidays when my wine club order is due, can I change the delivery timeframe?

Absolutely, we’re all about flexibility and we totally understand that our members love to take holidays, or travel for work. Contact us on info@stompwines.com.au and let us know your return date and we’ll adjust your delivery to suit.

My wine delivery is missing or damaged, who should I contact to help me?

Leave it with us! Please email us and we will track the order on your behalf. We will let you know the outcome of our search ASAP.

I have changed address and my wine order has been desptached to my old address? How do I have it redirected and is there a cost for this?

It is your responsibility to keep your delivery details up to date. We email two weeks before your selections are due. When making your choices we also ask you to ensure all delivery & payment details are correct. You can also easily update your details at any other time, through the website or by contacting Meredith on info@stompwines.com.au 

If this has occurred please contact us and we’ll have it redirected to you. The cost to do so will be passed on to you.

I'm a Stomp! Wine Club Member, how do I receive member prices on orders (outside of my wine club deliveries) and event tickets?

If you are ordering online, simply log into the website (in the top corner) and your Member prices will automatically apply when you add wines to your shopping cart.

When in Cellar Door, please let the team know you are one of our lovely members & they will apply your savings to your order on the day.

NB: Mystery Dozen Subscription Members do not receive member prices.
