1. Stomp! Winter Wine Down

Saturday, 25th July | 4.30pm – 6.30pm | Outdoors at the Cellar Door

We’ve held fireside tastings before, but this year we wanted to bring you something completely fresh and beautifully relaxed. The Stomp! Winter Wine Down is a chance to settle into a crisp winter afternoon with a glass of the good stuff.

Designed as the ultimate, intimate pre-dinner country session, we are gathering outdoors in the Cellar Door grounds. We’ll have the fire pits crackling, the festoon lights glowing, and live acoustic music setting the mood.

What’s on the menu:

• A relaxed journey through time as we take you through our range of premium wines, sharing the stories behind our Limited Release Stomp! Shiraz.

• A glass of your favourite vintage to enjoy fireside.

• Mini mugs of our rich, warming winter soup.

• Our signature, house-crafted savoury s’mores (think salty crackers, sharp local cheddar, and prosciutto toasted over the embers).

It’s the perfect excuse to rug up in your thickest winter woollies and favourite sturdy boots, enjoy the fresh country air, and share a glass with us before you head off to your dinner plans. 2. Newly Announced: Winemaker’s Dinner at Viand Sydney

For our friends in the city (or anyone looking for a brilliant excuse for a Sydney weekend getaway), we are absolutely thrilled to officially announce our next culinary adventure. We are partnering with the team at Viand in Sydney for an exclusive, deeply immersive Winemaker’s Dinner.

Viand is renowned for its spectacular, sensory, and artful approach to contemporary Thai cuisine. This won’t be your average, predictable wine dinner; it is a meticulously curated sensory experience where the bold, intricate, and vibrant flavours of Viand’s multi-course tasting menu are intentionally paired with the texture, structure, and character of our premium Stomp! releases.

Michael and Meredith will be hosting the evening, sharing the stories behind the vintages, the passion behind the winemaking, and taking you inside the logic of every single pairing.
