We’ve always thought the best way to enjoy a Hunter Valley drop is with good friends and zero rush. That’s why we’re shaking things up with our new Sip & Settle experience. It is a laid-back way to find your favourite wine and stay a while to enjoy it.
There are no stuffy tastings here. Pull up a seat and we will introduce you to three of our favourites, one after the other. It is a quick snapshot of our range to help you find your pick of the crop. Once you have found a winner, we will pour you a glass to settle in and enjoy the views.
The rest is up to you. Raid our pantry for some local cheeses and treats to build a DIY snack spread. If the sun is out grab a round of lawn games, if the clouds roll in, don’t sweat it. We’ll keep the vibes high under the veranda or indoors with wine trivia.
It is basically an invite to our backyard. Grab a glass, challenge your friends to a game, and soak up the valley at your own pace.
