Broke Fordwich, Hunter Valley
The fruit for this wine was picked in January 2021, following a cooler growing season. After crushing, the premium free-run juice was drained & cold settled. This was followed by cool fermentation, using aromatic yeast, in stainless steel.
This wine has aromas of citrus and lemongrass, with the palate displaying fresh, zesty lime juice. It's superb with seafood and will develop gracefully if a more mature style is preferred.
