Winemaking Details
Crafted from the 2021 Vintage the fruit for this wine was machine harvested in February 2021. It was then fermented in stainless steel tanks, with regular hand plunging. It then underwent malolactic fermentation and maturation in French and American oak barriques for 18 months and the finished wine was bottled in August 2022.

Tasting Notes
This outstanding Hunter Valley Shiraz is deep red in colour and has lifted red berry fruits, mocha and vanilla characters. The fruit driven palate has a dry, fine tannin finish and will compliment any good hearty meal.

Cellaring Potential
Long Term - will continue to develop complexity and aged characteristcs over the next 10 years.
