Tasting Notes
Enjoyed young, an orchard of fresh, zesty, citrus fruits drive the palate; it's refined but powerful with a talc-like texture and soft yet crunchy acidity. With cellaring the strong acid backbone will soften, and it will mature gracefully developing toasty, honey characteristics.

Winemaking Details
The fruit for this wine was picked in January 2022, following a cooler growing season. After crushing, the premium free-run juice was drained & cold settled. This was followed by cool fermentation, using aromatic yeast, in stainless steel. Alc 11% - 6.6 std drinks.
