Stomp! 2023 Verdelho
Broke Fordwich, Hunter Valley
The fruit for this wine was picked in February 2023, following a cooler than normal growing season. After crushing, the premium free-run juice was drained & cold settled. This was followed by cool fermentation, using aromatic yeast, in stainless steel.
This classic Verdelho has aromas of pineapple, guava and honeydew melon, with a refreshingly zesty palate displaying ripe fruit salad and citrus characters.
It’s great by itself, but also goes well with Asian inspired flavours.
