Tasting Notes
This unique dry wine has exotic aromas and refreshing flavours of pear, citrus & honey, with hints of ginger marmalade. It is medium bodied, with a grippy texture and subtle nutty characters.

Fiano's qualities make it a versatile addition to many cuisines. It's aromatics make it ideal with Asian seafood dishes whilst it's acid backbone cut through fried & creamy dishes and make it the perfect partner for seafood. Being a newer, alternative variety it's a great talking point.
