The fruit for this wine was picked in February 2023. After crushing, the premium free-run juice was drained & cold settled. This was followed by cool fermentation, using a neutral yeast, in stainless steel.
This unique wine has enticing flavours of pear, citrus & honey, with hints of ginger marmalade. It is medium bodied and textural with subtle nutty characters.
Compliments seafood, creamy rich cheeses, or pasta dishes.
Short Term - drink now or cellar for up to 5 years.
