The Muscat grapes for this Moscato were harvested in March, in the cool of the night, to ensure maximum fresh fruit characters. It was then fermented, using an aromatic yeast, at cool temperatures in stainless steel. This was followed by a second fermentation under pressure to create the elegant sparkling finish.
This playful Moscato has a gentle cascade of bubbles filled with sweet flavours of Turkish delight, rose petals, strawberries and lychee.
Versatility itself, this gorgeous pink bubbly can stand capably as an aperitif at your next dinner party, cheekily get your party started, make your brunch unforgettable, compliment your favorite sneaky confection and sit comfortably with a spicy curry.
Intended to be consumed young, fresh and vibrant, our Moscato needs to be served well chilled.
It’s so easy going it doesn’t need food. But it’s downright delicious when paired with apple desserts, fresh berries, meringues and cakes. Or, try it with spicy Asian fare, cheese, antipasto or charcuterie.
