Sparkling Verdelho is a rare find, with a palate of fresh green apples and pears with a lingering tangy, citrus minerality on the finish. Crisp and dry with an elegant sparkling finish.

Winemaking Details
This Sparkling was born out of our love for Verdelho, and Michael's inquisitive nature, wondering if Verdelho could be crafted into a Sparkling wine. Can it ever!

Harvested in January, in the cool of the night, to ensure maximum crisp, fruit characters. The wine is then fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel, using an aromatic yeast, followed by a second fermentation under pressure to create the elegant sparkling finish.
