Winemaking Details
The fruit for this wine was picked in February 2021. After fermentation in stainless steel tank, with regular pump-overs, the wine underwent malolactic fermentation. It was then matured in oak for 18 months and the finished wine was bottled in November 2022.

Tasting Notes
Our 2021 Merlot is a soft, easy drinking style. It has enticing berry aromas with flavours of creamy strawberry combining with creamy vanilla & chocolate. A great barbeque wine with lovely soft tannins on the palate. 

It's the perfect partner for roasted meats, BBQ's or antipasto dishes.
