Our 2021 Merlot is a soft, easy drinking style. It has enticing berry aromas with flavours of creamy strawberry combining with creamy vanilla and chocolate, and lovely soft tannins.

Food
Very easy drinking without food, we often reach for a bottle after a busy day at work.
It's fruit-driven, soft and suits a backyard or campfire BBQ, and good company. It's equally as good with a charcuterie platter of local produce, crusty bread a lunch alfresco.

Winemaking Details
The fruit for this wine was picked in February 2021. After fermentation in stainless steel tank, with regular pump-overs, the wine underwent malolactic fermentation. It was then matured in oak for 18 months and the finished wine was bottled in November 2022.
