The fruit for this wine was picked in February 2018. After crushing, the premium free-run juice was drained & cold settled. This was followed by cool fermentation, using a neutral yeast, in stainless steel.
This unique wine has enticing aromas of mandarin, grapefruit and lemon, leading to a richly flavoured, dry palate of white peach, apricot and citrus characters. The texture is rich with clean crisp acidity and the intense finish lingers.
Compliments seafood, creamy rich cheeses, or pasta dishes.
