Stomp! Limited Release 2017 Sauvignon Blanc
The fruit for this wine was picked in March 2017. After crushing, the premium free-run juice was drained & cold settled. This was followed by cool fermentation, using an aromatic yeast, in stainless steel.
With only 200 cases produced this cool climate wine has enticing aromas of passionfruit, pineapple, guava and hints of grapefruit. The palate is tasty, lively, long and dry.
This is the perfect wine to share with your friends on a summer's day. It's easy to drink on it's own or will compliment soft cheeses, seafood and Mexican dishes.
