Winemaking Details
Crafted from the 2021 Vintage the fruit for this wine was machine harvested in February 2021. It was then fermented in stainless steel tanks, with regular hand plunging. It then underwent malolactic fermentation and maturation in French oak barriques for 12 months and the finished wine was bottled in March 2022.

Tasting Notes
This easy drinking Shiraz has a soft, generous palate with red berries, pepper, liquorice and mocha notes, finishing with nice gentle tannins.  Will happily compliment barbequed meats, pizza or pasta dishes.
