Winemaking Details
The fruit for this wine was picked in February 2022, following a cooler than normal growing season. It was then fermented in stainless steel tanks, with regular hand plunging. After crushing, it was pressed and cold settles. It then underwent cool fermentation in stainless steel to keep it fresh. 

Tasting Notes
This elegant, dry style, Rose made from Merlot grapes is a mouthful of strawberries, toffee apple and citrus with underlying tropical fruit flavours. 

Serve chilled with Asian stir fries, fruit and cheese platters, or sunshine and another bottle!
