Inaugural Winemaker's Table & Limited Shiraz Release

We are beyond excited to invite you to a very special evening — the very first Stomp! Winemaker's Table!

Join Michael and Meredith for an indulgent night in the Private Dining Room at voco Kirkton Park, as we celebrate incredible new wines, fine food, and fantastic company.

🥂 Start fireside under the stars in the courtyard, with a glass of our newly released 2021 Sparkling Chambourcin, before moving into the cosy warmth of the private dining room where the real magic begins.

This intimate dinner will feature a luxurious three-course menu, crafted by the voco Kirkton Park chefs to perfectly pair with a showcase of exclusive and exciting wines, including:

🍷 The official release of our 2023 Limited Release Shiraz — our flagship wine! Michael is especially excited about this vintage, believing it’s the best Shiraz he’s made yet. Be among the very first to experience it.

🍷 A preview of our 2025 Fiano, fresh and vibrant as it heads to bottle.

🍷 Your first taste of our 2024 Chardonnay, a stunning sneak peek before its official release.

🔥 We’ll finish fireside, sharing a luscious, warming Tawny Port under the stars.

🎶 Mark Henderson will weave the perfect soundtrack to the evening with his ambient, soulful guitar. A Conservatorium-trained musician, Mark draws inspiration from artists like Sting, Rickie Lee Jones, John Mayer, Pete Murray, and Dire Straits — and even a few originals. His music will create a relaxed, enchanting vibe throughout the night.

Exclusive on the Night:

A Stomp!ng Good Time

What a day! So many smiling, laughing faces, juicy hands & feet, delicious food, great tunes & (if we do say so ourselves) incredible wines!

We've just received the first of the photos capturing Stomp! 2025 (thanks to Megs from @mjkcreative). They've brought back so many wonderful memories.

After concerns about the weather, and rain proofing everyone with marquees, not a drop fell until we were wrapping things up. Our guests came ready for fun, to learn, to meet new friends and to try their skills at winemaking. As usual, the competition was tough with the teams taking on gathering, fruit testing, wine blending and, of course, stomping and squishing.

The winning team "Ripe Bribe" putting in a tremendous day's work to pip "the Muscatelles" at the post. 

Chef Matt Dillow (The Deck, Lovedale) served up three delicious courses to keep our hard working trainee winemakers satiated throughout the day. With Mark Henderson performing the perfect line up of stomping!, dining, gathering and dancing tunes.

Thank you to all our trainees, we couldn't have completed V25 without you; a massive welcome to our new Wine Club Member's; and to customers that took home a memento of Stomp Wines to share with family & friends, to recount their memories of such a great day!

• Stomp 2024 Rose – SILVER 94 Points - "Made from Hunter Valley merlot grapes. Such a great drink! A delicious, heady and textural rose with impressive vitality and juicy watermelon flavours. Moreish and satisfying."

• Stomp! 2023 Chambourcin – SILVER 91 Points - "A commendable example of chambourcin showing characteristic dark cherry and ripe blackberry flavours. Heady vanilla overtones add to the charm. Fleshy, dark and bold, it is lively on the palate with bright acidity and moderate tannins".
• Stomp 2024 Fiano – SILVER 90 points - An interesting, textural wine with attractive notes of bitter almond, bright lemon and green pear. The acidity has a mouth-watering quality, complemented by a subtle spicy thread. Best enjoyed alongside food.
